Each of these veg pots (which has a shelf life of four days) comes layered with colourful veggies that also contains noodles, pasta or rice. The Vibrant & Zingy One ($12.90) is a sharing pot for two, it stars butternut, avocado, mixed grains and a zesty lemon dressing. Or The Roasted One ($9.90) for one pax, with garlic roasted veggies and rice, together with rosemary and tomato sauce.
