Create your own Christmas feast with a minimum order of $267.50 at Stamford Catering. The new Sze Chuan Mala Roasted Turkey with Chicken Stuffing ($105.93; feeds 10 pax) is a 4.5kg to 5kg bird marinated in Sichuan chillies and peppercorns. While the turkey was slightly dry, it was much improved by a splash of the accompanying mala sauce which boasted a nice spicy kick. Meanwhile, the Triple Cheese Turkey Mac and Cheese ($41.73; feeds 10 pax) is a crowd-pleasing combo of mozzarella, cheddar and nacho cheese layered with slices of turkey and macaroni.

This trendy fusion dessert ($31.03) is best served warm. The crispy bread and croissant chunks are infused with Thai black tea and milk, then topped with gula melaka-flavoured tapioca pearls. It’s not too sweet and has a pretty strong tea taste, with the pearls adding a nice chewy texture to the bread. Quite fun to eat.
