McDonald’s classic pie has appeared in many different versions over the years — the crunchy pocket was launched in funky flavours like molten Chocolate, Peach, Red Bean and even a savoury Creamy Herb Chicken.

Come August 29, Singaporeans get another new flavour to try. This time it’s a dessert pie: White Choc Strawberry Cream. The fast food chain dropped the news in a surprise announcement this morning (Aug 26) on their Facebook page. Details are scant for now, so we can only imagine what the pie will be like.

McDonald’s US is currently offering a “sweet and creamy Strawberry & Crème Pie made with strawberries and vanilla flavored crème, baked side by side in a sugar-coated crust” that sounds similar to this new offering, except the pie served in Singapore will also contain (molten?) white chocolate.
