Julian Cheung and Anita Yuen’s son Morton has attracted quite a bit of attention for his appearance, from his height to his worryingly thin frame, in recent years.

The teen, who turned 15 on November 12, took to Instagram yesterday (Nov 14) to share snippets of his birthday celebration with his friends.

“Blowing out candles the Covid-free way, he captioned the post.

In the video, Morton can be seen posing with three cakes while his friends sing him the birthday song. He then pulls out a candle from one of the cakes before shaking it to snuff out the flame.

Though Morton is only 15, he is already taller than his 1.8m-tall dad and looks a lot more grown-up now compared to this pic of him (scroll down) from 2019.

    Netizens gushed about how handsome Morton is and how he really resembles his dad, who is known for his perennially boyish good looks.

    Some even commented that Morton is now even better looking than Julian and should really be in showbiz.

    It's not like people haven't tried getting Morton to be a star.

    According to reports, advertisers have taken interest in Morton since he was a kid, but his parents turned them all down as they want him to have a happy childhood.

    Julian also said before that he doesn’t want Morton to follow in their footsteps ‘cos there is too much pressure in showbiz.

    Anita, on the other hand, said that it is hard to predict what would happen in the future when it comes to her son's career path, but she would tell him that becoming an artiste is not as easy as it seems.
