Fit & Fab Ex-Mediacorp Star Joey Swee, 44, Asks Where Her “Skinny Body” Went After Seeing This Throwback Pic
The mother-of-three is a fitness inspiration, if you ask us.
Fans of local dramas in the ‘90s and noughties will definitely remember former Mediacorp actress Joey Swee, or Xu Qi, for those who know her by her Chinese name.
The vivacious 44-year-old retired from showbiz in 2009 to become a full-time mum and she took a decade-long break from acting before making her small screen comeback in 2018's Reach For The Skies.
Joey, who is married to Indonesian-Chinese businessman Gani Bustan, can now be seen in the reality show Superman Juniors, with her two younger sons, Jefferson, 11, and Algernon, seven. Her eldest boy Kynaston is 14.
Recently, a fan tagged Joey in an Instagram Story, sharing that he had found a FHM poker card that featured Joey. For those too young to remember, FHM was a men's lifestyle magazine from the UK and the Singapore edition went defunct in 2015.
Here’s the card itself, for those of you who are curious.
So, how did Joey react after seeing this throwback snap? Pretty hilariously, if you ask us.
“OMG, where my sexy skinny body go to ????? (sic)” she exclaimed, reposting said snap on her own IG story.
But honestly, Joey’s still really fit now, no?
She regularly posts pictures of herself doing yoga on her Instagram, and looks to be really good at aerial yoga too.
She’s also a fan of hiking, and regularly joins her celeb friends, like Pan Lingling and Priscelia Chan, on their hikes too.
