Ivy Lee’s Twin Sons Just Turned 15 And They Look So Grown Up Now
Time flies.
Remember the time when former Mediacorp star Ivy Lee and her then-three year old twin boys Nik and Dash graced the cover of the print edition of 8 Days way back in 2008?
Well, guess what? Nik and Dash aren't little boys anymore. The duo just tuned 15(!) yesterday (Jan 20), proving once again that time really does fly.
And to commemorate the occasion, Ivy, 46, posted a pic with her sons on IG. “My terrible twos turned 15 today! Happy birthday to mummy’s boys!” wrote Ivy.
In case you forgot, the star, who is still one of the most lauded local actresses having won Best Actress three times at the Star Awards, left showbiz in 2009 and relocated to Hongkong, where her director hubby Raymond Choy was based.
In 2017, her family — Ivy and Raymond also have two daughters Mikki, now 22, and Leah, now 10 — moved to England where they now reside.
Speaking of Mikki, she recently graduated from the University of Exeter with a Bachelor’s degree in Arts. Mikki made the news in Singapore in 2018 after netizens realised just how much mother and daughter resemble each other.
Ivy also recently posted a #throwback photo with her youngest daughter Leah, who seems to be a budding piano prodigy.
Last month, Ivy made a trip back to Singapore with her family for a vacation and to catch up with her ex-colleagues like Zoe Tay, Aileen Tan, Hong Huifang, Pan Lingling, Chen Xiuhuan and Yvonne Lim. She also visited Yao Wenlong’s pao fan restaurant in JB. In case you forgot, Ivy and Wenlong were both Star Search contestants in 1993, with Ivy emerging champ.
Yup, time flies.
