Ada Choi is one of those pregnant women who will not let their baby bump get in the way of anything. She’s still traipsing around in super high heels at events and now, she’s showing off how just how limber she is.

Even though she only announced her pregnancy at the end of June, it’s said that the 46-year-old Hongkong actress, who has two daughters with her hubby actor Max Zhang, is about six months preggers. On Sunday (Sep 22), she posted a series of photos of her exercising at the park. And can we say how impressed we are?

1 of 5 They call this the Lord of the Dance pose?

Not only did Ada execute a yoga pose better than some people who aren't even pregnant, she was also seen balancing herself on one leg (while standing on a flight of steps, might we add) and, gasp, jumping. It’s like she’s bent on showing up overly-cautious pregnant women.

2 of 5 And standing on only one leg on a flight of steps is a smart thing to do?
3 of 5 Why do a standing pose when you can jump?

Her fans are also suitably impressed with one follower commenting: “You look so light and not anything like a 50kg pregnant woman.” There were also those who really want to know if Ada is having a girl or a boy this time. “From my years of experience looking at pregnant bellies and being able to guess the baby’s gender, I say she is having a boy,” offered one netizen. Pity then that the star seems determined to keep her third kid’s gender a secret for now.

  • 4 of 5 Blue or purple?

Ada also posted this heavily filtered photo that was taken on her day out at the park, which led one netizen to wonder: “So is your top purple or blue? Or did you change clothes?”
