How well do you know the news? Test your knowledge.

The Covid-19 crisis has been tough for everyone in different ways, but if there’s a group of people who most definitely need to recharge, it’s the healthcare workers who have been tirelessly working to keep everyone safe from the virus. And if you’re a healthcare worker looking to go on a staycation, indulge in a good meal, or want to let loose, there are a plethora of deals just for you.

Staycation, F&B and attractions deals for healthcare workers in Singapore:

1 of 4 50% off staycations at Orchard Hotel (above) and M Social Hotel

Orchard Hotel and M Social Hotel are extending a discount of 50 per cent on rooms to healthcare workers. If your getaway of choice is luxuriating in a snazzy chic hotel, then opt for design-centric M Social Hotel (from $120++ per night*) in Robertson Quay. For a classic hotel stay in the heart of Orchard Road, zero in on Orchard Hotel (from $160++ per night). All you have to do is to present an original staff pass with photo identification when you check in to enjoy the discounts. Valid for bookings and stays from now until Dec 30, 2020. Of course, both of these SG Clean certified hotels under Millennium Hotels and Resorts (MHR) are also accepting bookings for the general public as well — read about it here.

Orchard Hotel is at 442 Orchard Road. M Social Hotel is at 90 Robertson Quay. Book via https://www.millenniumhotels.com/en/campaigns/asia/wccw-our-healthcare-heroes.

2 of 4 25% off dining at select hotels

It doesn’t matter if you’re staycay-ing at Orchard Hotel or M Social Hotel or if you’re just looking for somewhere to have a good meal in your group of five. Healthcare workers are also eligible for 25 per cent off their bill when they dine at the 11 participating F&B outlets at these four MHR hotels: Grand Copthorne Waterfront Singapore, M Hotel Singapore, M Social Singapore, and Orchard Hotel Singapore. Savour some dim sum at Hua Ting Restaurant at Orchard Hotel or indulge in some hearty grub at Beast & Butterflies at M Social Singapore, just to name a couple of options. Just don’t forget to have with you your staff pass to enjoy these discounts. Valid until Dec 30, 2020.

At $288 per night for two guests, the offer comes with $80 F&B dining credit (not applicable at Morton’s, The Steakhouse and Teppan-Ya, unfortunately, but there’s still Cherry Garden and one of Asia’s 50 Best Bars, MO Bar), early check-in at 12pm and late check-out at 4pm, breakfast for two, free parking and a room upgrade, if you’re lucky.
