Changi City Point: Free parking every day at 12-2pm and 6-10pm, including weekends and public holidays. 5 Changi Business Park Central 1

City Square Mall: Free parking for two hours with a minimum spend of $30. Limited to the first 150 redemptions daily, and one redemption per shopper per day. Valid till Aug 30. 180 Kitchener Rd

Clarke Quay: Free parking from 6pm-8pm (Mon-Sun & PH). 3 River Valley Rd
