The Supreme Court will on Thursday pronounce its much-awaited verdicts in two crucial matters: last year’s political crisis in Maharashtra triggered by the rift in the Shiv Sena, and the dispute between the Centre and Delhi government over control of administrative services in the national capital.

The matters were heard by a five-judge Constitution Bench comprising Chief Justice of India D Y Chandrachud and Justices M R Shah, Krishna Murai, Hima Kohli and P S Narasimha.
