Night Fest! Er, Day Two!

Quiz of the week

How well do you know the news? Test your knowledge.

The Night Fest wraps up in, er, an hour’s time and what do you know – the weather’s been kind this year. No rain! Gosh, I miss Blind Melon. Anyway, tried a different tact this time around and spent most of my time at the fringe area at Armenian Street, where Peranakan Museum went all retro with performances by bands like The Pinholes and The Substation hosted a series of film screenings, a line-up of performance artists, etc. A pity though that Armenian Street wasn’t closed to traffic, which made the outdoor film screenings kind of pointless because we really couldn’t sit down on the road and chillax. Sure there were already a lot of road closures because of the main Night Fest event and the NDP rehearsals further down but hey, what’s one more road right? Still, all in all, a nice couple of hours that was less hectic than the more crowded main areas at SMU/NMS/SAM. Caught a couple of performances and more graffiti stuff before heading back to the SMU.
