Even as the Singapore arts landscape’s bound to see some radical (some say shocking, disheartening) changes quite soon, most recently with the extremely great possibility of a  Victoria Theatre/Drama Centre/Esplanade group hug, it’s… time for the annual arts festival! All set? The RAT will try to give as much updates as humanly (rodently?) as possible. You can also check out the fest's official blog.
