Singapore Arts Fest! Flying Inkpot! No tix?!

Hmmm, this is, to put it politely, bizarre. Something to do with our friends at Flying Inkpot, the, without batting an eyelid, ultimate authority on local theatre -- and apparently they aren't getting all the review tickets they've requested for. They requested for 13 and got only eight.
