PC Show layout in brief

Quiz of the week

How well do you know the news? Test your knowledge.

Ever aware that the PC Show invariably atttracts record turn outs, the organisers, Lines Exposition & Management Services, have spread the booths over four floors at Suntec International Convention and Exhibition Centre. To help you navigate the crowds and get you quickly to the halls that matter most to you, here's a little layout brief to help you get your bearings. On the first level, located at the entrance are counters to register your warranties for gadgets you've bought. There is also a Canon booth located at the Galleria Foyer at Level 1, on the left of the registration counters (as you enter through the convention hall) through the pathway next to Starbucks Coffee. Here you can make a quick stop to browse Canon's printers, camcorders, cameras and ink cartridges. Level 3. The moment you step off the escalators on this floor, you'll be greeted by the sprawling Epicentre booth. Here, you'll find Apple's iPad 2, iPhones, iPod range, MacBook, MacBook Pro, MacBook Air,  iMac range and more. You can also find all the accessories you need for your Mac pet. There is also a Sound Pavilion to test and buy all audio accessories such as sound docks, headphones and speakers for your Apple gadgets. You'll be able to get the Epiguard, an insurance to protect your beloved Apple products. Also on the third floor are smaller booths for Samsung, HP, Dell, Toshiba, Motorola, Acer and Asus for quick pick-up-and-go shoppers. Level 4. Spread over four halls, starting from Hall 401 to 404, you'll be able to find big electronic names like Canon, Sony, Toshiba, Samsung, Dell, Acer, Lenovo, HP, Fujitsu, Harvey Norman and more. Level 6. Spread over three halls, starting from 601 to 603, you'll find SingTel, M1 and StarHub basically dwarfing the booths on this level. There are also crowd pullers such as Microsoft, Nikon, Prolink, Lexmark, BlackBerry, HTC, Asus as well as smaller outfits like Razer and Western Digital. We'll be posting special PC Show deals in our upcoming posts, so do keep a lookout.
