SINGAPORE — The Singapore International Festival of Arts entered its final week with shows by acclaimed American experimental theatre group The Wooster Group and Theater HORA’s collaboration with special needs Singaporeans. The Asian Civilisations Museum was ranked top museum in Singapore and ninth in Asia at travel website TripAdvisor’s Travellers’ Choice Awards. Meanwhile, ArtScience Museum announced its latest blockbuster, an exhibition on Leonardo da Vinci’s drawings in November. The Substation announced it has surpassed the target for its fund-raising campaign to renovate its gallery, raising S$38,000 in only the first instalment of its fund-raising exhibition. Finally, Gillman Barracks is set to celebrate its second anniversary this month with a series of events, news of new F&B outlets and a new gallery in the premises, Yavuz Fine Art. MAYO MARTIN
