Songs like Invisible Empire and Crescent Moon are two extremes - where Invisble Empire showcases a familiar country sound that Tunstall is known for, while injecting a deeply dark tone. Crescent Moon has a heavily dreamy vibe that one can get lost in, showing a completely different musicality. The single, Feel It All, features slow and steady drum beats, with Tunstall dreamily singing about the vulnerability of the heart. It’s probably no surprise, seeing as these sombre tracks were written after Tunstall’s father died in August last year, followed by her divorce after a four-year marriage.
