Thanks to Comic-Con, we have the Biggest Superhero Selfie ever

Singapore — Can anyone scream “Super Selfie?” Ok it’s more of a wonderous Wefie but either ways, this has got to be the photo that will give Ellen DeGeneres’ 2014 Oscar selfie a serious run for its money.

Singapore — Can anyone scream “Super Selfie?” Ok it’s more of a wonderous Wefie but either ways, this has got to be the photo that will give Ellen DeGeneres’ 2014 Oscar selfie a serious run for its money.

Following Twentieth Century Fox presentations by the casts of Maze Runner: Scorch Trials and Victor Frankenstein at San Diego’s Comic-Con Hall H on Saturday night (July 11), the super hero mutants from the upcoming X-Men: Apocalypse, Deadpool, Gambit and Wolverine stormed the stage and the crowd was treated to exclusive footage from Deadpool (which had to be played twice due to the massive reaction from the crowd), as well as early footage from the highly anticipated X-Men: Apocalypse.

For the big finale, the casts of X-Men: Apocalypse, Deadpool, Wolverine, and Fantastic Four came together for a group photo - quite possibly the biggest superhero selfie ever.

“Most superheroes in one selfie? This has to be some kind of damn record” said panel host Chris Hardwick (from website Nerdist) in his Instagram caption.

From what we can see, joining Marvel legend and creator Stan Lee in the happy snap are a consortium of Superheroes/Supervillans:

From X-Men: Apocalypse: Hugh Jackman (Wolverine), Jennifer Lawrence (Mystique), James McAvoy (Charles Xavier), Michael Fassbender (Magneto), Nicholas Hoult (Beast), Oscar Isaac (Apocalypse), Sophie Turner (Jean Grey), Kodi Smit-McPhee (Nightcrawler), Lucas Till (Havok), Olivia Munn (Psylocke), Tye Sheridan (Cyclops) Alexandra Shipp (Storm), Ben Hardy (Angel) and Lana Condor (Jubilee)

From Gambit: Channing Tatum (Gambit),

From Fantastic Four: Miles Teller (Mr. Fantastic), Kate Mara (Invisible Woman), Jamie Bell (The Thing), Michael B. Jordan (Human Torch) and Toby Kebbell (Doctor Doom)

From Deadpool: Ryan Reynolds (Deadpool), T.J. Miller (Weasel), Morena Baccarin (Vanessa), Ed Skrein (Ajax) and Gina Caranon (Angel Dust)

It gets a little blurry towards the back, but how many other super-beings can you spot in this epic photo?

Click on the pictures to see backstage shots of the talent from X-Men: Apocalypse and Deadpool as well.

Now we’re officially excited.

DEADPOOL is scheduled for release in Singapore on Feb 4, 2016 and X-MEN: APOCALYPSE is scheduled for release on May 19, 2016.
