SINGAPORE - K-pop group Infinite has promised something special for their fans when they go to the concert tomorrow night.

Said Sung Kyu, the group’s leader and main singer: “Singapore is a special place for us, because Singapore was the very first country where we had our concert outside of Korea. So our feelings (for Singapore) are a bit different when compared to performing in other countries.

“(We are) back in Singapore to show our appreciation, (and) we have prepared a special Singaporean song (to sing), so you should come and check it out.”

The seven-member K-pop group - Sung Kyu, Dong Woo, Woo Hyun, Hoya, Sung Yeol, L and Sung Jong - debuted in 2010 and their mini album, First Invasion, went straight to the top of the Korean charts. They have had several hits since, including Paradise, The Chaser and Man In Love.

Infinite performs Oct 5, 7pm at the Singapore Indoor Stadium. Tickets from S$138 to S$268 available from Sistic.
