Granted, it’s still bak kwa, but it’s made from the finest Linley Valley free-range pork from Western Australia. The pigs are fed with a special nutritional feed and bak kwa is grilled without using oil. It’s available in limited quantities at S$48 (500g) and S$88 (1kg).
