FESTIVE SMALL PLATES AT OCTAPAS SPANISH TAPAS BAR. The Octapas Spanish Tapas Bar by Tembusu Projects presents their latest range of festive small plates this season, including white asparagus salad with shaved jamon (S$12), the must-try salmon and clam in white wine sauce (S$17) and spanish-stuffed turkey with paprika sauce (S$18). TANTALISING TREATS OF JOY FROM THE LES AMIS GROUP THIS XMAS. The Les Amis Group brings you the festive promotions from five of the group’s restaurants. They include Au Jardin’s one-night-only Christmas Eve Dinner Menu (S$198 per person), where highlights such as the seared Challand duck will be served. Bistro du Vin restaurant will serve a Christmas Eve four-course dinner (S$85 per guest), where highlights include terrine of rabbit, foie gras, nuts and raisins. Of course, diners also have two choices of each course to choose from. And if that’s not enough, Casa Verde invites you to feast on an Italian spread from Dec 23 to Dec 31, ranging from Dolci pastries (starting at S$13) to mains like oven roasted whole pork knuckle (S$60). La Strada restaurant’s Christmas Eve And Day Dinner is a four-course set menu (S$80) which serves up highlights like the char-grilled lamb rock. For something French and forward, Les Amis brings you an extravagant Christmas Eve and New Year Eve menu (S$280) with highlights like slow cooked lobster in Chateau Chalon with caviar, available from Dec 24 to Dec 31. FESTIVE BUFFETS AT LIME RESTAURANT. Lime Restaurant will be celebrating the festive season this holiday season with a line up of festive buffets and parties at the restaurant. First, the restaurant will offer a Yuletide Brunch (from S$68) on Dec 22, 25 and 29, which will include a vast selection of dishes such as cajun spiced leg of lamb, Alaskan crab and more. But if you can’t wait, there’s also a Festive Buffet Lunch and Dinner (from S$58) from Dec 19 to 23, featuring classics like honey glazed ham. The celebrity chef restaurants and FUSE are counting down to the upcoming festivities with new creations and classic favourites for cocktail lovers to enjoy.
