CRAB AHOY AT ELLENBOROUGH MARKET CAFE. Dig into more than 40 classic and novel dishes, starting with a refreshing medley of seafood on ice featuring spanner crab, flower crab and snow crab claws, before moving on to inspired dishes that include crab with potato and leek soup, and familiar favourites such as salted baked crab, Singapore chilli crab, black pepper crab and oatmeal crab. WINE DINNER AT OSTERIA MOZZA. This exclusive dinner at the long table is graced by Paolo de Marchi, the celebrated winemaker behind two of Italy’s top estates: Isole e Olena (Toscana) and Proprieta Sperino (Piemonte). Enjoy a five-course dinner with wine pairing (S$190 per person) featuring highlights such as a tart of sottocenere and fontina cheeses, as well as the veal loin with porcini, marinated mushroom, spinach and veal jus. TOKYO FAIR AT KUISHIN BO. Enjoy popular dishes from Tokyo such as the Fukagawa Nabe (hotpot), Maguro Zuke (marinated tuna) and Imagawayaki (sweet red bean cake). There’s also Iekei Ramen, a famous Yokohama creation that’s widely popular in Tokyo, as well as the Fugu Chiri (puffer fish soup) for the more adventurous diner. RIOJA WINE DINNER AT RAFFLES HOTEL. In its first wine dinner of the year, the hotel’s Long Bar Steakhouse will be showcasing the finest wines from Rioja, the famous wine region in northern Spain. Hosted by Raffles Singapore’s Wine Director, Stephane Soret, the exclusive wine dinner (S$188 per person) will feature three of Rioja’s greatest producers. An exquisite 4-course menu created by Executive Chef Pierre Burgade, and featuring a main course of Omaha beef tenderloin, is paired with the Telmo Rodriguez Lanzaga (a direct import available exclusively at Raffles Singapore). MONTH OF PORKY LOVE. Morganfield’s dedicates a month to all things pork. Enjoy the restaurant’s new Tamarind Sticky Bones (half slab for S$28.90, and full slab for S$42.90), boasting the chef’s special sweet and tangy sauce. Or there’s always the back-by-popular-demand Morgan’s Perfect Porky combo (S$49.90 for two), which includes two mains, a half slab of sticky bones and a Porky Friend (a choice of either the pork escalopes, grilled salmon, half chicken, grilled prawns or seafood basket). GATTOPARDO REVAMP. Italian and Mediterranean restaurant Gattopardo has reopened with a new menu. The seasonal winter menu brings dishes such as Busiate, a spiral-shaped pasta dish with toasted Trapani almond pesto and tomato confit; Tasmanian Petuna Ocean Trout, served with persimmon and leek; and signature dishes from the old menu. LES AMIS. Two-starred Michelin chef Bjorn Frantzen will be serving an eight-course Scandinavian menu (S$430) with Asian influences. Dishes include a grilled monkfish, “Hot-Pot” with aged fillet of beef, truffles and roasted cabbage consomme; and “Satio Tempestas a la Singapore” with blue poached lobster. Feb 22, Les Amis. TIGERLILY ASIAN-INSPIRED PIZZA MENU. Tigerlily presents a new Asian-inspired pizza menu with creatively delicious handcrafted dazzlers such as Thai Thai (S$23) (minced beef, Thai herbs, spices and Thai basil); Bombay (S$23) (mildly-spiced chicken chunks topped with mint yogurt); and dough balls (S$6) served with piping hot rich garlic butter spread. BISTECCA SET LUNCH MENU. THE CLIFF. To mark its 10th anniversary, The Cliff has revamped its menu with dishes such as Six Textures Of Oysters prepared in six different hot or cold ways; Torchon of Foie Gras, and the highlight of the new menu - Pan-fried US Prime Tenderloin, with a tender prime cut, full of flavour-packed juices.
