SINGAPORE — The Warren Golf and Country Club in Chua Chu Kang as well as various restaurants at the HomeTeamNS clubhouse in Khatib were among the new locations added to a list of public places that had been visited by Covid-19 cases during their infectious period.
In its evening update on the coronavirus situation in Singapore on Wednesday (Aug 12), the Ministry of Health (MOH) said that the infectious patients had visited:
Is Salon at 375 Bukit Batok Street 31 on July 30 between 1.30pm and 2pm
Warren Golf and Country Club at 81 Chua Chu Kang Way on July 30 between 2pm and 2.30pm, and again on Aug 4 between 1pm and 5pm
Chong Pang Wet Market and Food Centre on July 31 between 9.15pm and 10pm

Northpoint City mall in Yishun on Aug 2 between 7pm and 7.30pm
MOH said that it would have already notified individuals identified as close contacts of the confirmed cases.
"As a precautionary measure, persons who had been at these locations during the specified timings should monitor their health closely for 14 days from their date of visit," it added.
"They should see a doctor promptly if they develop symptoms of acute respiratory infection (such as cough, sore throat and runny nose), as well as fever and loss of taste or smell, and inform the doctor of their exposure history."
Members of the public do not need to avoid places where confirmed cases of Covid-19 have been, MOH said.
The National Environment Agency will engage the management of the affected premises to provide guidance on cleaning and disinfection.
On Wednesday, MOH confirmed 42 new Covid-19 cases in Singapore, the lowest daily tally since March 30. Of these, 11 are imported cases, while one is a community infection. The remaining 30 are migrant workers in dormitories.
