Like many Singaporeans, architecture veteran Tan Cheng Siong, 81, is watching the latest en bloc craze closely — but for a different reason. Two of the developments which he had designed, Pandan Valley and Pearl Bank, could be reduced to rubble if the ongoing collective sale bids succeed.
