It’s been one year since the first Covid-19 cluster was reported at the S11 foreign worker dormitory in Punggol. The outbreak infected tens of thousands of foreign workers living in dorms. Most of the workers have since recovered and have returned to work. But the workers are still living with strict movement restrictions in the dorms.
