Malaysia wants Singapore to withdraw the use of the Instrument Landing System at Seletar Airport. When asked about this, Transport Minister Khaw Boon Wan said: “If it were a technical concern, with goodwill, I’m quite sure a technical solution that satisfies both sides can be found. But if it is not, it is just a technical excuse to trigger an unfriendly act, then I think it's a different story.”
