Looking leaner and fitter, Olympic champion Joseph Schooling says he is ready to pick himself out of a post-Rio slump that saw his performances dipping at recent competitions. The 22-year-old has cut out his favourite carrot cake from his diet as he guns for glory at the Asian Games in Indonesia in August, and said he is feeling “pretty motivated”, particularly after a pep talk from American legend Michael Phelps.
