“Parkour has definitely made me stronger,” says 58-year-old Lim Sing Yuen who has been practising the sport for a year.
She takes lessons once or twice a week, where she’s taught how to climb, roll and jump between obstacles.
The sport is typically associated with younger men, but it’s now attracting a growing number of women and older participants.
