When part of Wei Tuo Temple was burnt down in a fire more than a decade ago, it left Mdm Ong Siew Fong and her family devastated. While the temple has since been rebuilt, Mdm Ong, 72, hardly ventures beyond its four perimeters, as she has to tend to her husband, who was paralysed by a stroke, and her daughter who has difficulty walking since sustaining a spinal injury.
