Mr Alex Low, 49, a boss of a car workshop and credit management firm, pulled out all the stops and spent about S$2,800 to book a 170-seater theatre for a private screening of the eighth and newest film in the Star Wars saga with his friends. Some of them even dressed up in character for the occasion, including Mr Low, who came as Kylo Ren, the main villain featured in the movie.
