Photographer Isabelle Lim is used to being recognised on the streets by strangers who have seen her in newspapers or on television. After all, her life story has been shared in the media numerous times over the years. The 23-year-old was born with Nager Syndrome, a rare condition that affects the development of her face, hands and arms, as well as her hearing. But ever since she picked up photography and graduated with a Diploma in Fine Arts (Art Photography) from Laselle College of the Arts last year, Ms Lim has tried to steer the attention way from her life and towards her professional career in interviews.
