The two iconic flight information display boards at Changi Airport will soon be replaced by electronic ones. First installed in 1999, they have been decommissioned due to the challenges in maintaining and sourcing for replacement of parts. The first of two boards have been dismantled and donated to the National Heritage Board. The second board will be removed within the next two years.
